current weight: 112.7 lbs

wtf.

i only lost .2 pounds since yesterday morning?

how can this be?!

--- 11:15pm update --- 

it's the middle of the week, hence hump day and the bloating has finally subsided. 

thank goodness.

today was like any other day. it began leisurely and bam! task after task after task. i was so busy i almost forgot to eat. too bad that wasn't the case :)

food intake for the day:

breakfast: starbucks coffee, reduced fat milk + splenda 

snack: fresh pineapples [favorite]


lunch: 
scrambled eggs, shrimp + green onions, greens and 3 pieces of pork


and a juicy pomelo!


dinner: Pluto's "make your own" salad

lately, this has reluctantly became my dinner staple

quick, cheap + healthy = what's not to love?


main romaine salad w/grilled chicken, ripe red tomatoes, sweet corn, purple beets, cooked mushrooms, red onions + tangy pepperoncini tossed w/honey mustard vinaigrette


and WHY does my plate look so gigantic compared to my dinner companion's?!

not to mention, i'm the 5 feet girl whereas he's a 5'9 guy

workout of the day: 2 hours
25 min on treadmill [mostly walked, incline 0 - 3, speed 4.4 - 6.4]
25 min on bike [level 3]
10 min on elliptical [level 2-3 intervals]
1 hr [stretching, abs, shoulders, legs, light weights 5 lbs]

i am craving for a brownie.  i think it's time to call it a night...
