I'm so depressed I can't even disclose that information right now :/

Stupid cheesecake, damn that wine tour and I hate Japanese food!!! Argh.

Ugh, the gym was blah today.  

Lack of motivation, extreme hunger pains and a strong craving for anything sweet interfered with my desire to work out full force at the gym today. Could only mean one thing...it's that time of the month again. Blech.

Food intake for the day:

Breakfast: Starbucks
Snack: Banana + Kirkland Signature Nuts

Lunch: a cup of greens, 4 tiny pieces of tofu and an even tinier portion of fish [even smaller than my pinky, if that's humanly possible]

and a cookie...1 BIG chocolate chip cookie :/

Snack: Maui onion + garlic mancadamia nuts
Dinner

4 pieces of homemade Korean sushi 


2 pieces of tofu, greens, 3 steamed pork balls, fish + 1 orange


5 pieces of dried prunes [100 cal]


Looks like crap doesn't it?

Workout of the day: 2 hrs
 4 min running on treadmill [0 incline, 6.2 - 6.4 speed]
21 min walking on treadmill [0 - 6.5 incline, 4.1 - 4.5 speed]
35 riding on bike [level 3]
1 hr [stretching, abs, arms, light weights 5 - 10 lbs]
