Seriously, is it Friday yet?

i'm hungry.

--- 11:50am Sunday Update ---

i have been nonstop eating sweets as though my life depended on them.  this is not good. 

Food intake for the day:

breakfast: the usual

snack: banana + kirkland signature nuts

lunch: steamed cod, veggie mix + strawberries


 Snack: costco freebies

a costco run w/amy resulted in:

Philippines dried mangos
1/8 bagel w/strawberry cream cheese
1/2 ling ling potsticker

 Dinner: Crepevine

cancun salad: 
romaine lettuce, corn, black beans and red onions tossed w/chipotle vinaigette and topped w/charbroiled chicken

 
the star of the show: the BROWNIE


you see, i tried desperately to eat well but when placed in a decision-making state only 1 feet away from brownies as big as my face? let's just say:

brownies: 1
lisa: 0

i was on the fence about the gym. to go or not to go? i ended up opting to skip for the day since i've been going nonstop since last monday and i am exhausted! in need of a break, i went as support for my bf's basketball game. 

the whole time at the game, as i was seeing sweaty men jumping and running around the basketball court, all i could envision were chocolates.  mounds and mounds of sweet and decadent chocolate in the form of a huge brownie, with crisp top and edges and a delicious soft fudge center. something is seriously wrong with me! :/
  
i cannot wait until aunt flo comes to town, maybe then all these constant fantasies of devouring sweets every 5 minutes will eventually disappear.

  1. UGH I gained too... I'm back to 102... I need a good healthy snack to much on besides whole grain pretzel sticks!
