Diet?  What diet?!

So after a full day of shameless self-indulgence, I attempted to head to the gym for a 2 hour work out.  

Here's how the story went:

lisa drove to the gym.

she attempted to run.

instead walked for 10 min.

rode a bike for 11.

did some ab work and played with weights until she got tired.

went home.

ate.

and ate.

and Ate.

the end.

Workout of the day: 1 hr 15 min
10 min walking on treadmill [incline 6.5, speed 4.4]
11 min rode bike [level 3]
54 min [stretching, ab work, legs, arms + shoulders, light weights 5 - 8 lb]

If I wake up early tomorrow morning [IF I DO] before the wedding, I'll *try* to make it to the gym.  No promises :)

Diet Tip # 11: Don't overeat before the gym, it defeats the whole purpose.
