mondays are meant for dieting

it's monday.

what does it mean?

time for the dreaded weight-in.

current weight: 114.1

it's been almost 1 month since i began this frustrating rollercoaster journey of volatile emotions, extreme sugar cravings and the fickle rise and fall of my weight on the scale.  

when i began, i was 114.4 on 3/22/2010.

today is 4/19 and i'm at 114.1

what a loser.

but hey, new goal for 4/22 [exactly 1 month] is to be 111 again.

i can do this! 

starting today, check me out:

italian roast, reduced-fat milk + splenda

luna mini's caramel nut brownie + smore's

steamed chicken + greens


cold, juicy orange

refrigerated purple seedless grapes


hot + spicy beef jerky

dinner @ Yummy Yummy
accompanied by the bro + cousins

1 tiny shrimp roll


chicken, beef, shrimp + squid cabbage salad


i was so good, i even turned down free flavored gelato.

this better pay off.

workout of the day: 1.5 hours
22 min running on treadmill [speed 6.6 - 7.2]
8 min walking on treadmill [speed 4.4 - 4.5]
1 hour [stretching + abs]
