long, lean + sweet

 


 dry, tasteless + nameless


sugary-infested + exploding with citrus 


slimey protein + tangerine so sweet, it's liquid sugar


sour pickled cabbage with a spicy kick


ending the night with my all-time favorite, nature's lusciously sweet orange slices, refreshingly cold and extra juicy from the ripeness

4 min running on treadmill [speed 6.4 - 6.6]
4 min walking on treadmill [speed 4.4, incline 6.5]
12 min on elliptical [intervals 2-3, rate 180+]
15 min on bicycle [level 3]
15 min on stairmaster [level 8 - 12]
55 min [stretching, abs, pushups, light weights 8 lb]

time to rest up for the big event tomorrow which i have been coordinating since nov 09. from new york city to san francisco, this event has taken tons of turns and different directions and it has finally arrived.

phew.

can't wait for it to be over!
