current weight: 112.9

not bad considering yesterday i was at an astounding 114.4 [no thanks to aunt flo] AND it's that aggravating time of the month, teeming full of uncomfortable bloated feelings, too tight jeans, intense cravings for sweets and hormonal imbalances that can cause an eruption in my already volatile emotions.  

114.4 - 112.9 = 1.5 lbs lost, not bad at all.

anyways.

today is tuesday.

it only means one thing.

food intake for the day:

my boring lunch: steamed chicken, greens + salmon

salmon = MIA

MIA = in my tummy!

 dinner:

scrambled eggs with onions + shrimp, greens, pickled veggies + curried chicken breast

1/2 giant grapefruit


so stuffed.

can't...move.

workout of the day: 1.75 hrs

yes, i finally made it to the gym.

no excuses.

no bs.

just sweat.

30 min elliptical [level 2 - 3, rate 180 + above]
30 min bike [level 3]
45 min [stretching, abs, shoulders, legs, light weights 6 lbs]

and on to the next. boy, my life is just filled with excitement these days.
